Penguins Onigiri


This bento consists of :
1. Penguin onigiri (white steamed rice, nori, eggsheet, and corn)
2. Penguin sausages (sausage, nori, eggsheet, and corn)
3. Broccoli
4. Zucchini, leek and celery slice (recipe as below)
5. Grapes


ZUCCHINI SLICE (with leek and celery)

Ingredients
2 zucchini, grated
1 large onion finely chopped
3 rashers bacon finely chopped
1 cup tasty cheese grated
1 cup self-raising flour
a dash of oil
5 eggs
Salt/pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 170*C. Grease and line a lamington tin with baking paper.
Combine zucchini, onion, bacon, flour and cheese in a large bowl. Add oil and lightly beaten eggs, and mix. Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour into lamington tin.
Bake for 35-40 mins until golden and set. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
Note:
For my version, I added leek and celery sticks, I cut thinly.
It's a good idea for fussy eaters :)
