Winter Boys Onigiri


For last day in term 2, I prepared winter boys onigiri for their lunches. Wish you all a safe and happy holiday, and see you soon...



The boys had similar bento. In each box, I prepared :
1. Winter boy onigiri (white steamed rice, nori, crab stick)
2. Broccoli and kale
3. "Flower" carrot
4. Roast chicken
5. Milk jelly with nata de coco
6. Banana and watermelon for recess

Spring Bento


I always love spring time, when flowers start to blossom and butterflies fly around the garden. Even though it's autumn now in Australia, I tried to capture that moment in my bento.

Details as below :



For my youngest son, I prepared :
1. Chicken and vegetables parcel with "leaves" eggsheet and "butterfly" crabstick
2. Half hard boiled egg
3. Carrot sticks
4. Milk jelly and nata de coco
5. Banana for recess



For my eldest son, I prepared :
1. Chicken and vegetables parcel with "flower" (cheese, carrot, black sesame seed) and "leaves" (eggsheet) on top.
2. Half hard boiled egg
3. Carrot sticks
4. Milk jelly and nata de coco
5. Rockmelon cuts for recess

Spring Time



Love the spring..when flowers start blooming, butterfly and bumblebee fly around...It all happened in this bento :)
It consists of :
1. Sandwich with "Spring Theme" (carrot, ham, cheese, black sesame seed, breadcrust, and corriander leaf)
2. Corn on the cob
3. Tamagoyaki
4. Sausage flower and chikuwa
5. Kellogs Nutri Grain
6. Broccoli and  carrot sticks
