Finally the end of the school day! The kids are having homemade beef sausage rolls. You may find the recipe in the Fish in the Pond post. It's a similar recipe using pork mince, but this time I used beef mince and added 1 small red onion. For my little one, I prepared :
1. Sausage rolls with ketchup

3. Kiwi fruit
4. Cheese banner with "X-MAS" letters made of carrots
5. Kale leaf as divider

For my eldest son, I prepared :

Clown Doll and Shy Rabbit

I baked zucchini slice (recipe below) and it turned out pretty yummy. But my little one didn't want to bring it to school because it was too tricky for him to eat. He wanted something that is easy to grab with his little fingers instead, which is fair enough I think :)

Zucchini slice

2 zucchini, grated
1 large onion finely chopped
3 rashers bacon finely chopped
1 cup of corn kernel
1 cup tasty cheese grated
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup of oil
5 eggs
Salt/pepper
You will need

GLAD Bake

Method
Preheat the oven to 170*C. Grease and line a lamington tin with Glad bake.
Put zucchini, onion, corn, bacon, flour and cheese in a large bowl. Add oil and lightly beaten eggs, and mix. Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour into lamington tin.
Bake it for 35-40 mins until golden and set. Allow it to be cool slightly before cutting.
