Fried Sandwich Bread with Sausage Bento


This sausage with sandwich bread recipe is perfect for snack after school and for school lunches filling.


Fried Sandwich Bread with Sausage

Ingredients :
5 pcs sandwich, tear them
2 pcs sausage, cut thinly
2 eggs, beaten
3 garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
150 gram breadcrumbs
Oil to fry

Method :
Mix all the ingredients well.
Shape the mixture into little balls
Roll into breadcrumbs
Fry in medium hot oil until turn brown.
Put them on paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Enjoy! (Best served with tomato ketchup or sweet chili sauce)

1. Mini ham and cheese croissant
2. Fried sandwich bread with sausage and tomato ketchup
3. Corn on the cob
4. Baby carrots
5. Quail eggs
6. Kiwi fruit for recess

  2. That fried sandwich bread looks so yummy! I'm not usually a fan of sausage (bacon is my friend), but I think I would make an exception for these! I may have to try them out for my boys!
