Santa's Sleigh

In this bento, I prepared a Santa's sleigh packed with presents. It consists of :
1. Santa Sleigh sandwich (sandwich, cheese, bread crust, "reindeers" nori, baby carrot, fish tofu, eggsheet, and a special treat for last day of school : candy cane)
2. Corn on the cob
3. Sausages and ham rolled
4. Hard boiled egg
5. Kale leaf and carved baby carrot

Since today is the last day of this school term, I like to wish you "Merry Christmas 2012 & Happy New Year 2013". Have a blessed and safe holiday for all of you.....

The Angel

This bento consists of :
1. Angel Sandwich (cheese, eggsheet, black sesame seed, and nori)
2. Corn on the cob
3. Lady bug hard boiled egg
4. Ham rolled
5. Kale leaf and baby carrot

Christmas Bells

This bento consists of :
1. Christmas bells (steamed rice, eggsheet, and zucchini ribbon)
2. Corn on the cob
3. Hard boiled egg
4. Chicken roast
5. Kale leaf, baby carrot, and "snowflake" white radish

Christmas Wreath

This bento consists of :
1. Christmas Wreath (steamed rice, eggsheet, and zucchini ribbon).
2. Martabak (spring roll pastry, chicken mince, onion, spring onion, egg)
3. Hard boiled egg
4. Corn on the cob
5. Kale leaf, baby carrot, and "snowflake" white radish

Santa Got Stuck Up in the Chimney

My little one had a christmas concert at the end of his school term. One of the song was When Santa Got Stuck up in the Chimney. It goes like this :

                       When Santa got stuck up in the chimney, he began to shout

                       You girls and boys won't get any toys, if you don't pull me out

                        My beard is black, I had soot in my sack, my nose is tickling too

                       When Santa got stuck up in the chimney, achoo..achoo..achoo...

We really love that song, and it inspires my bento today :)
It consists of :
1. "Chimney" Sandwich (white bread sandwich, bread crust, eggsheet, and nori)
2. Kale leaf and baby carrot
3. Corn on the cob
4. Ham flower
5. Half hard boiled egg.

Penguin Santa

This bento consists of :
1. Penguin santa Onigiri (steamed rice, nori, black sesame seed, eggsheet, and carrot)
2. Snowman boiled egg (carrot, hard boiled egg, black sesame seed and nori)
3. Ham roll
4. "Xmas Gift" Fish tofu
5. Chicken Roast
6. Baby Carrot, zucchini ribbon, leaf carved zucchini, and kale leaf

Gingerbread Man

This bento consists of :
1. Gingerbread Man ( steamed rice coloured with soy sauce, baby carrot, black sesame seed, eggsheet and nori).
2. Tamagoyaki with "Angel" nori on top
3. Sausage
4. Kale leaf and baby carrot

The Elf

This bento consists of :
1. The Elf (steamed rice, snowpeas, eggsheet, cherry tomato and nori)
2. Fish tofu and ham roll
3. Kale leaf, zucchini and baby carrot

Snowman

This bento consists of :
1. Snowman (steam rice, hard boiled egg, baby carrot, black sesame seed, eggsheet and nori)
2. Sausage
3. Snowpeas, kale leaf, baby carrot and zucchini)

Father Christmas

You better watch out...Santa Claus is coming to town....:)

1. Santa Claus Onigiri (steamed rice, turmeric, red capsicum, grape, nori, and eggsheet)

Christmas Tree

Yippy! Christmas is coming....Love the spirit of Christmas...:)

In this bento I made a christmas tree (steamed rice, nori, snowpeas, eggsheet, peas, carrot, cheese, and red capsicum). For the side, I put christmas presents (fish tofu decorated with red eggsheet), hard boiled egg sprinkled with black sesame seed, sausage wrapped in zucchini ribbon, kale leaf and grapes.
