Snowflakes Sandwich Bento

My first post for Christmas themed in 2014. Christmas is one of my favourite bento themes ever. It's just bringing warm and happiness in my heart. Sometimes I found myself singing those Christmas songs while preparing the lunches. So enjoyable :)

I've been wanting these snowflakes cutters for so long and finally I got them from Ebay. Bliss :)
Both of my kids are super excited too. They said their lunches looks so gorgeous...yay!

Inside the box there are :
1. Ham and snowflake cheese sandwich
2. Halves hard boiled egg with mini cheese snowflakes
3. Corn on the cob
4. Milk jelly with nata de coco
5. Seedless red grapes

And the kids had apple "rabbits" for their recess.

Easy Mini Garlic Bread

This dough recipe only needs 2 ingredients and it is very versatile. It is perfect for pizza dough as well. To make the dough, mix 2 cups of self-raising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt by hand and knead it until it's not sticky. For mini garlic bread, roll the dough and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle them with salt, minced garlic, and parsley. Bake in oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes until the color changes.

For my eldest son, I prepared :
1. Mini garlic bread
2. Fried sandwich bread (recipe here)
3. Corn on the cob
4. Quail eggs with salt and pepper
5. Baby carrots
6. Apple "rabbits" for recess

My youngest son had the same lunch as his brother, but he prefers kiwi fruits instead for recess.
